Innovative Settlements is the new name of Fiedler Financial - one of the Nation’s very first companies formed to specialize in life insurance settlements. Since 1994, we have been devoted to representing consumers and obtaining the highest cash settlements for them in a completely honest, ethical and legal manner. We have also been very active in educating and consumers and their advisors about the options available to them with regard to liquidating a life insurance policy.
Our founder and Managing Director, Carole S Fiedler, worked in this burgeoning field for two years, prior to forming Fiedler Financial in 1994. She has consistently been an outspoken advocate for consumer protections and reasonable industry regulation.
Yes, we have extensive experience in this industry but that’s only part of what is necessary. Being involved in this evolving field on a constant, day to day basis is absolutely necessary in order to know the current market and current laws, which vary from state to state and thus far, have been changing regularly. Carole Fiedler is President and CEO of Fiedler Financial, a Viatical Settlement Consultant & Brokerage, dba Innovative Settlement™ Solutions and Innovative Settlements™ a fully licensed and independent* company specializing in Viatical and Life Settlements. Ms. Fiedler has authored articles on the subject which have been published in numerous publications nationwide.
